UKS "DWÓJKA" MAŁKINIA GÓRNA was the only club from Poland that had teams playing during Internationales Schmelzturnier 2024. They participated with two teams in W 2012 (and younger) and W 2010 (and younger) respectively. Two teams played until Final in Playoff B; W 2012 (and younger) won over UHC Eggenburg by 11-3 and W 2010 (and younger) won over UHC Eggenburg by 12-8.
